Charles Michel is an artist, philosopher and philomath. After completing his training in culinary arts, Charles joined the Experimental Psychology department of the University of Oxford working at the intersection of psychology, neuroscience and food. His research has been featured in The Yorker, NPR and WIRED.

Now Charles travels the world to design experiences and flavours for some of the biggest companies. He has most recently co-founded Michel Fabian - a design company rethinking the way we interact with food.
